First, the power supply has been working fine, but there were just two things that keep it from getting five stars.
1. It’s a 65 watt power supply, not 90 watts like the original power supply that came with my M1330. The first time I started the computer with the new supply I received a warning that this supply was not the original and that it would take longer to charge the battery with it.
2. The power supply was missing the rubber strap to secure the cables. No big deal for me, as I bought the supply to stay in my office, freeing the original to travel. It won’t be a problem if your original has died because you can move the strap from the original to this replacement

They shipped the Dell OEM Ac Adapter Laptop Charger Power Cord for Dell XPS M140 M1210 M1330 M 140 1210 1330 ; Dell Studio XPS 13 16 ; Dell Inspiron, Portable Charger for Laptop Notebook Computer Battery Charger Power Supply Cord Plug with the WRONG power cord! 3 prong versus 2 prong. It was totally useless and returned it immediatley for a refund. I wanted to get the right cord but was not given the opportunity to exchange.
Customer Service never contacted me to correct the problem. They did issue a full refund.

Mine quit working after 6 months. Sadly, when I checked the website, there was no 1 year warranty. I’ll be sure the next place I buy from offers a warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

First, the adapter came with a power cord with three connectors, which did not fit into the included adapter that has only two holes for a cord. That was just weird. When I used a two-connector power cord (I tried several from other appliances), the adapter would light up as if receiving power, but would immediately go out when I tried to connect my laptop. I returned it. I don’t recommend this for Studio XPS 1640.

Works as good and looks just like original only i saved a bundle. Been using for 3 months and no problems.
